Crude oil refining ![]() Description: The company's main activity is its refining of various crudes to higher-value distillates. It offers light gases for energy industry; liquefied petroleum gas, a compound of propane and butane for home cooking and as a raw material; naphtha, a raw material; gasoline for combustion in gasoline engines; kerosene, a fuel for jet airplanes and for heating; and gasoil for combustion in diesel engines and heating homes. The company also provides fuel oil for industrial furnaces and for the production of electricity; waxy substances for the manufacture of lubricants for lubricating moving parts in machines, and for manufacturing wax candles; and bitumen for tarring roads and manufacturing sealing products.
