David Avner has been Chief Operating Officer of Partner Communications Co. Ltd., since January 1, 2006 and Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2007. Mr. Avner serves as Advisor of Partner Communications Co. Ltd and served as it's Deputy Chief Executive Officer since April 2005. He served as Senior Vice President of corporate operations of Amdocs Management Ltd., a subsidiary of Amdocs Ltd. where he had responsibility for corporate operations. Mr. Avner served as a Senior Vice President of Operations and Member of the executive management at Amdocs Ltd. He served as President of Isramco Inc. from July 1997 through October 1999. Immediately prior to this, Mr. Avner served as the Group President, in which capacity he headed Amdocs Ltd.'s European and Latin America operations. Before that, he served as the Vice President in charge of a number of major European and North American installations. Prior to joining Amdocs, Mr. Avner served as the General Manager of Strauss Dairy (now part of the Strauss-Elite Group), a leading producer of dairy and other food products in Israel, and prior to that served as its Chief Information Officer. He served as General Manager of Strauss Ice Creams Ltd., and Manager of Information Systems at Strauss Dairy Ltd. He served at Strauss Dairy Ltd. for 17 years. He served as the Secretary of Isramco Inc. from May 1996 to July 9, 1998. Mr. Avner has more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, including four years with Amdocs. From 1991 to 1992, he served as a Financial Analyst with Proctor & Gamble Company in Germany. He served as Director of Isramco Inc. from May 1996 to July 9, 1998. Mr. Avner also served as Active Director of Yotvata Dairies Subsidiary since 1998. Mr. Avner holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics/Computer Sciences and Philosophy from Haifa University in Israel and an MBA degree from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Eli Glickman
Deputy CEO

Eli Glickman joined Partner in March 2005 as Deputy VP Customer Service and was appointed Vice President of the Customer Division in April 2007. In January 2010 Glikman was appointed Deputy CEO. Prior to joining Partner, he served as CEO of Exel Multi Purpose Logistics from 2003 to 2005 and was a Director of the Ha'atzmaout Bank from 2004 to 2006. Glickman also served in the Israeli Navy for 22 years, reaching the rank of Colonel. During his military service Glickman held a wide variety of commanding posts including Naval Attaché in Washington D.C. and Flotilla Commander ("Shayetet 13" - Navy Seals). Glickman holds a Master of Science in Financial Management from the US Naval Postgraduate School and also studied International Executive Business Administration at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
