Staying Ahead
Partner started to implement the advanced technology of HSDPA (3.5G) in March 2006. Today, the technology allows download speeds of up to 21 MB per second. The 3G service is provided in over 98% of the population centers and is designed for both data card and handset users.
In 2009, Partner implemented the first phase in expanding its portfolio of products and services to include ISP and fixed telephony. This move stem from the expected growth in these areas over the next years as well as from the expected synergy between the new services and the existing ones. Partner is reinforcing its brand values by its technological abilities for the benefit of its customers and offers new ways of connectivity such as the "Call hijack" service, where a cellular call can be answered from a fixed line and vice versa, the home Funtone service and others. In 2010, the Company is launching the second phase by enlisting the Company's existing sales channels to the new fixed services sale efforts. On the product side, Partner intends to enrich its fixed line portfolio and to offer new diverse and cost effective products and features which address new market segments.
Partner is also expanding its customer contact points and continues in setting up new sales and service centers, thus providing an exciting sales and presentation experience of the Company's cellular, internet and content products.

Looking Forward
Partner is well on its way to implement its strategy of evolving from a pure play cellular operator into a diversified multi-service communications and media service provider. The Company continues to expand its portfolio of services and offers comprehensive solutions which suit its customers' needs and provide them with added value.
By developing a pervasive presence in the customers’ premises, Partner offers its subscribers the benefits of service synergies with its core activity while strengthening its position as a leading telecommunications company in Israel. The Company is determined to create new standards in customer service and product innovation in Israel.
Involvement in the Community
Partner is active in its support for corporate responsibility which combines business activities, professional ethics, environment and community. The company believes that all ongoing business activities must be managed in fairness, transparency and while maintaining an ongoing dialogue with all stakeholders: employees, customers, suppliers, investors and the general public.
The most significant step that expresses the company's commitment towards transparency is the publishing of its corporate social responsibility (CSR) report which details the issues that the organization's activities are focused on such as: implementation of the code of ethics, environmental safety, managing the human resource and community involvement.
As part of its commitment to act for a better future, Partner began in 2008 to collaborate with “Perach” (a tutoring project) and introduced a new project of establishing Community Communications Centers in the periphery of Israel which emphasizes technology education. Currently, the Company operates five centers in Beer-Sheva, Ramle, Nazareth, Rehovot and Ariel.
Partner is a member of “Maala” (an Israeli non-profit organization which assists domestic corporations in developing and implementing a CSR strategy), and in June 2010 was ranked, for the third consecutive year, amongst leading companies in the “Maala Index” for its corporate responsibility activities (a platinum medal).
Partner is committed to continue and take action for a better future for our children, to provide the company's innovative technology to communal activities, to provide assistance to the less fortunate population and to continue to be attentive to Israel's social needs.
