  Custom-designed buildings: Gav-Yam specializes in customized buildings in which customers participate in planning and design. Projects include the Carmel Containers factory in Caesarea, the Elbit, Philips, Zim and Zoran buildings in Matam in Haifa, as well as the IBM building. 
  High-tech business parks: Gav-Yam develops state-of-the-art, income-producing business parks, providing its high-tech tenants with strong management and a wide range of services. Business parks include Matam in Haifa, with a total built area of 194,000 square meters on 224 dunams; Gav-Yam Center, Herzliya, totaling 115,000 square meters of built and leased space; Gav-Yam Rehovot Park, a 72-dunam science and business park; Gav-Yam Caesarea Industrial Park, 53,500 square meters built on 200 dunams; and Ofek Park, Lod, with offices and logistics warehouses totaling 38,400 square meters.   Residential neighborhoods: The company has recently completed building three prestigious residential neighborhoods, comprising a total of 2,490 units in Kiryat Motzkin, on the French Carmel in Haifa, and in Ramat Gan (in partnership with Naveh). It is currently planning the development of a 1,060-unit residential complex "Ramat Haviv"  in west Haifa.
